Lead Beneficiary – TUC

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination is dedicated to ensuring the effective governance, coordination, and smooth implementation of the EQUALCity project. This work package focuses on establishing and operating a robust management structure that guarantees efficient decision-making, clear communication, and compliance with Erasmus+ requirements. It includes the organization and coordination of the Kick-Off Meeting and regular Steering and Supervisory Committee (SSC) meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and align project activities with strategic objectives. WP1 also covers the establishment and maintenance of an internal project platform to facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and documentation among partners. In addition, it is responsible for the preparation and submission of periodic progress reports and the final project report, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous quality monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
