WP4 – Capacity Building Implementation and Evaluation of Trainees’ Outputs focuses on the practical delivery and assessment of the capacity-building activities developed within the EQUALCity project. This work package is dedicated to delivering academic content, training modules, and hands-on workshops at partner institutions in the MENA region, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development. It also includes the systematic evaluation of trainees’ outputs to assess learning outcomes, quality, and impact. In addition, WP4 is responsible for developing comprehensive guiding manuals, including a case-based guide aimed at supporting the scaling, replication, and sustainability of the EICC model across institutions. Finally, this work package covers the publication of teaching materials and the project results report, contributing to knowledge dissemination, transparency, and long-term exploitation of project outcomes.

Objectives

• To deliver academic content and conduct workshops at MENA partner institutions, enhancing skills and knowledge transfer.
• To develop comprehensive guiding manuals as case-based tools to scale and replicate the EICC model effectively.
• To publish teaching materials and a detailed project results report, ensuring the dissemination of outcomes and fostering sustainability.
