Lead Beneficiary – AASTMT

WP5 – Hackathon Preparation, Execution, and EQUALCity Exploitation is dedicated to fostering innovation, stakeholder engagement, and the practical exploitation of the EQUALCity project outcomes. This work package focuses on the preparation and organization of a student-centered hackathon aimed at translating acquired knowledge into innovative and actionable solutions for urban challenges. It also includes the organization of multiplier events designed to strengthen networking and collaboration with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, public authorities, industry actors, and civil society. In addition, WP5 covers the hosting of a dedicated forum and the student hackathon, providing a collaborative platform to showcase project results, encourage interdisciplinary exchange, and enhance the visibility and exploitation of EQUALCity outcomes at local, regional, and international levels.

Objectives

• Encourage and facilitate student engagement through innovative events, such as hackathons, to generate valuable project outputs.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and promote the project’s outcomes by organizing multiplier events and networking opportunities.
• Showcase project results and foster collaboration by hosting a forum and hackathon to drive further exploitation and visibility.
