WP6 – Quality Assurance and Project Sustainability ensures the continuous monitoring of quality and the long-term sustainability of the EQUALCity project and its outcomes. This work package is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), providing a structured framework for monitoring progress, performance, and compliance with project objectives. It includes the conduct of internal quality assurance evaluations to support continuous improvement, as well as external quality assurance evaluations to ensure objectivity and alignment with international standards. Furthermore, WP6 focuses on the development of sustainability plans at both project and partner levels, aiming to secure the continuation and institutionalization of project results beyond the funding period. This work package also covers the establishment of a Memorandum of Cooperation among consortium partners and the implementation of concrete sustainability measures to reinforce long-term collaboration and impact.

Objectives

• Establish a comprehensive Quality and Assurance Plan (QAP) to define quality standards and procedures for the project.
• Implement both internal and external quality assurance evaluations to monitor the project’s performance and ensure it meets standards and expectations.
• Develop sustainability plans for the project and partners, ensuring long-term impact and continuity of results, particularly through the use of the EICC and lab.
• Establish and implement a Memorandum of Cooperation among project partners to formalize long-term collaboration and sustainability measures.
• Ensure the ongoing utilization and sustainability of the EICC and lab facilities, integrating them into future initiatives and projects for continued benefit.
