WP7 – Communication, Dissemination, and Networking focuses on maximizing the visibility, outreach, and impact of the EQUALCity project. This work package is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Communication Plan, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. WP7 oversees the creation, management, and maintenance of the project website and social media platforms, providing regular updates on activities and outcomes. Periodic newsletters and promotional materials are produced to engage stakeholders, the academic community, and the general public. Additionally, a Dissemination and Networking Plan (D&NP) is developed to structure outreach activities, strengthen collaboration with related projects and initiatives, and facilitate knowledge exchange. Through these efforts, WP7 ensures effective dissemination of project results and fosters a strong network of partners and stakeholders.

Objectives

• To create and implement a strategic communication plan, ensuring effective dissemination of project information to all relevant stakeholders.
• To develop and maintain a user-friendly project website and communication channels, facilitating continuous engagement and information sharing.
• To regularly publish and distribute newsletters, providing stakeholders and the public with up-to-date project progress and key achievements.
